• 1) Are you a factory or trading company?

  Re: We are leading professional manufacturer of receipt printers in Xiamen city and top1 brands in China now.

• 2) What about delivery time?

  Re: Samples within 3-5 working days and bulk quantity within 1-2 week.

• 3) What about MOQ?

  Re: We can accept sample order firstly. So there is not limit for MOQ.

• 4) Besides the English language, do your printers support other languages? what operation system they backup?

  Re: Yes, our printer not only supports English language, but also Russian, Spanish, Portuguese etc 48 different languages available, and it backups iOS, Android, Windows, Linux, Opos operation systems.

• 5) Can you offer driver/SDK for the printers?

  Re: Yes, We are supplying all windows driver, WIN 98/ WIN 2000/ WINXP/ VISTA/ WIN7/ WIN8/ WIN10/ LINUX/ MAC, both 32 bit and 64 bit system.

• 6) What warranty and after-sale service do you offer?

  Re: Each printer will have one year (12 months) warranty. Free components will be offered for repair in warranty period, if the issue caused by non-artificial damages. We will offer technical supports or helps in your daily use for lifetime and offer latest software for your updating.

• 7) How can I get the after-service?

  Re: We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us. If it is the men-made problems, we also send the spare parts, however it is charged. Any problem, you can call us directly.

• 8) What about the after-sale service?

  Re: We provide 12 months quality warranty after dispatch, and some free easy abrasion spares of machine, we also provide long time free technical advisory services.

• 9) What's your warranty terms?

  Re: We offer different warranty time for different products. Please contact with us for detailed warranty terms.

• 10) Where is your factory located?

• 11) Can I mix different models in one container?

  Re: Yes, different models can be mixed in one carton, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

• 12) Can your products be customized?

  Re: Yes, we have a professional team which has rich experience,so we'll try our best to satisfy your requirement.

• 13) Can we visit your factory before place the order?

  Re: Yes, Very welcome that must be nice to set up good relationship for business.

• 14) Can we be your agent?

  Re: Yes, welcome to cooperation with this. We have big promotion in the market now. For the details please contact with our overseas manager.

• 15) How to solve the equipment trouble during using ?

  Re: Please email us about problem with pictures or a small video will be better, we will find the problem and solve it.

• 16) How does your factory do regarding quality control?

  Re: CE certificates. One Year Quality Warranty And Life-time Technical Support.

• 17) Is there the products tested before shipping?

  Re: Yes, of course. All of our printers will been 100%QC before shipping. We test every batch every day

• 18) Can you customize for clients?

  Re: Yes, we can customize as your need, we have R&D department, our designers can make design for you.

• 19) How far is your factory from the airport and train station?

  Re: From airport about 30 minutes by car, and from train station about 20 minutes.We can pick up you.

• 20) Can you arrange shipment for customer?

  Re: Yes, very good experience in shipping, we work with the most reliable shipping companies in the world, such as OOCL, Mearsk, MSC etc.

• 21) Have your products been exported?

• 22) Can I request to advance the shipment?

  Re: It should be depends on whether there is sufficient inventory in our warehouse.

• 23) Can I request to change the form of packaging and transportation?

  Re: Yes, We can change the form of the packaging and transportation according to your request, but you have to bear their own costs incurred during this period and the spreads.

• 25) Could you print our company LOGO on the nameplate and package?

  Re: Yes, we can do that.

• 26) May i know which payment will be accepted by your company?

  Re: So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.
