Marching Ahead, Hand in Hand -- 2019 RONGTA Overseas Marketing Center Activity

In 2019, Rongta set foot on the journey of the new year. In the past 2 months, Rongta Technology International Marketing Center has continuously achieving progress. Up to now, the sales amount of our team has increased by 25% compared with the same period of last year. In order to relieve the work pressure and create a passionate, responsible and happy working atmosphere, our company organized this group building activity, further enriching the team's cohesiveness and enhancing teamwork ability.

On May 11, 2019, the activity of group-PK game was kicked off at Guanyinshan Beach in Xiamen. The competition not only tested teamwork ability, but also showed the spirit of never giving up.

Standing on the beach in the scorching summer, we were not threatened by the hot weather. The participating teams consisted of five international groups and a documentary department, for a total of six teams.

Before the games, all departments gave themselves domineering team names and loud slogans, as well as interesting formations.

A series of exciting games such as “going forward together”, “Swim-ring Relay” and “Hold Tight, Catch Bottle” lighted our passion. We fully exerted the spirit of teamwork, and successfully completed the activities.

The key to win the games not only depended on wisdom, but also team work. Even the team that fell behind did not stop the pace, but reached the finish line step by step. Everyone was bathe in the environment of passionate, warm and harmonious.

The company also prepared snacks and fruits for everyone to replenish energy and moisture during the break time and continue to exert strength in the next game.

The guys who won the competition, showed triumphant smile with the gifts picked by themselves on their hands. All of the Rongta people knew that the fruits of victory would be much sweeter only after the hard work.

After the intense competition, everyone took a seat of the "Guanyinshan Seafood Food Stall" near the beach, and discussed their own achievements. Chatting, laughing and playing, everyone enjoyed himself very much!

During the dinner, the staffs played games of “blowing flour” and “You perform, I guess”, the atmosphere reached its climax. Blowing flour to each other and unreserved funny gestures led to a constant laughter throughout the whole restaurant.

Some friends, who were confident in their own excellent voice, stood up one by one and sang for everyone. This night was even more unforgettable with such beautiful voices.

During the period, the Director of Rongta International Marketing Center Tracy and Deputy Director Jacky got up and made the speech, showed fully approval and applause to the hard work of all colleagues during last 2 months, and encouraged everyone to strive forward to create more miracles.

At last, a well-known song “Friends” was dedicated as the farewell to this Team Building Activity by the new staffs of Year 2019 and the main planners of this event. Wish all Rongta people could stand shoulder to shoulder forever to combat in the future. Everyone felt much closer immersed in the soulful collective chorus.

We believe that in the coming days, all of Rongta people will continue to radiate its own radiance and energy, and strive to achieve teamwork and a more proud record!
