The "Enhance Comprehensive Quality Management, Promote the Construction of a Quality Nation" Quality Month event at Rongta Technology has successfully taken place. This initiative is not only a proactive response to the national quality development strategy but also a solemn commitment to the quality of every printer, scale, POS, and PDA device we produce. Through this event, we aimed to foster a strong atmosphere within the company where "everyone cares about quality, values quality, creates quality, and enjoys quality."

This Quality Month featured multiple practical and engaging sessions:

1.Quality Knowledge Contest

During the contest, colleagues transformed theoretical knowledge into daily work principles, deepening quality awareness across the team.

2.Quality-themed Speech and Training

The training introduced cutting-edge quality management concepts and methods, providing new perspectives for our quality improvement efforts.

3.Employee Skills Competition

The highlight was the Employee Skills Competition, where participants meticulously inspected, assembled, and tested receipt printers, mistake printers, label printers, and scales. The competition greatly inspired everyone to hone their skills and strive for technical excellence.

4.Quality Star Selection

In the "Quality Star" selection, we focused on key metrics such as production line first-pass yield, OQC inspection pass rate, customer complaint rate, improvement proposals, and 7S implementation. This recognition not only celebrates high-quality production but also pays tribute to every dedicated and meticulous producer who pursues excellence.

5.QCC Reporting and Evaluation

Quality Control Circle teams from different departments presented reports on topics such as product performance upgrades, e-commerce platform user experience optimization, and tackling industry technical challenges. These improvement proposals not only enhanced product quality and production efficiency but also directly addressed user needs.

This Quality Month has once again reminded us that every attention to detail and every process optimization collectively builds Rongta Technology’s most reliable reputation and brand strength.
